The Help Arrow is a modifier that first appeared in Dance Dance Revolution Ultramix that turns some 1/4th notes in songs into special yellow glowing notes.
Hitting these notes boosts the Dance Meter higher than what most normal arrows would raise it, and getting a miss on these will give the player no penalty.
